Noveske 13.7″ Gen III

Now that we had some time to test the gun on the field it is time for the review, the gun fully licensed by noveske in cyma platinum configuration.

First impression:
When you take it out of the box, the gun has a nice weight to it due to full metal body, the noveske engravings are very nice. The handguard has M-lock mounting surface, and on top there is a picatinny rail running through the whole length of the gun. It comes with additional spring, and mid cap mag, the mag purely aesthetical is horible since it looks like the “ammo” inside the mag was printed on the paper and just stuck inside. The gun also features licensed noveske muzzle device and mechanical flip sights.

Specs:
The Noveske INFIDEL in the new e-edition high-speed configuration has a velocity of around 370 fps and, in combination with a high power LiPo battery, a rof of around 25rps. An unical mosfet in combination with low-resistance wires and a T-connector plug protects all the electrical installation. This was achieved due to the new gearbox parts with increased durability, such as:
– metal rotary hop-up chamber
– reinforced V2 gearbox frame with quick change spring
– processor unit with built-in MOSFET system
– full steel teeth polycarbonate piston
– CNC machined steel gear set (ratio: 13:1)
– 8mm ball bearings
– CNC machined aluminum silent cylinder and piston head set (ball bearing piston head, double o-ring cylinder head)
– ball bearing spring guide
– high-speed engine

Field test:

As seen in the picture, the gun already has some add-ons like red dot with magnifier, peq, and some tacticool tape. The gun was powered by 11.1 LiPo battery, and the rof was really nice. But as we put the gun on chrono the results were not as good. Using 0.3g bb-s from BLS, the gun only produced 0.7J (where we play assault is limited to 1.5j), although the range for such low power was still at around 40-50m. Nevertheless the gun was playable, you just had to let the enemy come into range and the rof did the rest. That was until the battery run out due to high-speed motor.
In conclusion the gun is well build and in a cqb environment it would probably preform great, but out in the open some things needed to be changed, like a high-torque motor instead of high-speed, and a check up on sealing throughout the whole gun.
